Appointments
Patient’s are guaranteed an appointment on the day, please telephone between the hours of 8:30am - 10:00am. Pre-bookable appointments are also available if you wish to book in advance with the doctor of your choice. If you feel there is no need to see the doctor to discuss a matter, please ask for a telephone consultation, these are carried out by the doctor after morning surgeries.
Always be prepared to give a brief description of the reason for your consultation, as this points the reception staff in the right direction and ensures that you get the best possible service. Help us to help you by phoning early on the day you want an appointment. Consultations are by appointment only and should you have to cancel please inform the surgery as soon as possible.
Walk In Centre
The NHS Walk in Centre is based at Arrowe Park Hospital and is a nurse led service.
Think about using the service for any of the following:
- Earache/wax
- Insect bite
- Flu-like symptoms
- Sprains and strains
- Mild diarrhoea/vomiting
- Cystits/water infection
- Minor eye complaints
Opening hours are:
Monday – Friday 7.00am – 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 9.00am to 10.00pm
No appointment is necessary.
